- 1. The images of items serve as a guide only. There may be slight differences in details as each work of a craftsman is unique. This also applies to the tone or shade of the colors seen on screen.
- 2. The Customer is responsible for choosing the correct shoe size in accordance to the Size & Measurement Guides.
- 3. The Customer is responsible for checking all the details of his/her order before paying.
- 4. No returns / refunds for incorrectly chosen shoe designs / sizes / colors, and add-on/s.
- 5. Shoes are constructed after settling of payment. Lead time is five (5) weeks.
- 6. No cancellation of orders after payment.
- 7. Change of mind in terms of design, color, and add-ons is not allowed after payment.
- 8. Upon delivery, the Customer will be given seven (7) calendar days to raise concerns on hidden defects of ordered item/s. Any item exchange will follow the grounds in R.A. 7394, also known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
- 9. After delivery, mishandling of item/s by the Customer will not be a ground for repairs or exchange. This includes damage due to mishandling of riders if the Client chose Manual Shipping by Customer.
- 10. Repairs—after a considerable amount of wear and tear due to the Client’s usage—may be done by Patrio for a fee. The fee will be computed after an assessment of the scope of work.
