LOCATION & LEGALITIES
Because we want you to have premium luxury dress shoes at lower prices, we do not maintain a physical store. Doing so minimizes our operating expenses, and allows us to focus more on bringing you excellently made shoes.
2. Where are you located?
We are located at The Pines at South Peak, San Antonio, San Pedro City, Laguna, Philippines. We also partner with suppliers who are based in the area to further boost the businesses of our fellow Filipino Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) owners.
3. Why are your shoes not made in Marikina?
Patrio’s founder was an apprentice of artisans in Marikina with decades of experience under their belt.
More important, we reside in San Pedro City, and we choose to empower artisans in our area so they can earn better income without traveling far from their families. These artisans are equally talented and hardworking as the ones we met in Marikina.
4. Are you registered with DTI & BIR?
Yes, we are registered with both the Department of Trade and Industry Philippines (DTI), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
5. Do you have business permits?
Yes, we have updated business permits under Barangay San Antonio, and the City of San Pedro.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
6. What is your lead time for production and delivery?
Lead time is five (5) weeks after payment.
7. Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, we may, and this will depend on our current order load. Please message us via Facebook / Instagram - @patrioshoemaker to know if such arrangement is possible. Note that there will be an additional rush fee.
8. What is included in every Patrio shoe order?
Each order includes a regular box, shoe bag, and plastic shoe horn.
9. Do you have Ready-to-Wear (RTW) shoes?
We only make Made-to-Order (MTO) shoes to ensure the best fit and utmost comfort—with no break in period—for all clients. We do not make RTW shoes.
10. Do you offer free shipping within the Philippines?
Yes, we do for orders worth Php 9,500 and above.
For orders below Php 9,500, a flat delivery rate of Php 350 applies nationwide, and shall be directly payable to Patrio via bank transfer / GCash / PayPal. No proof of delivery fee payment, no delivery.
11. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. In fact, we have successfully shipped orders to various locations in Asia, North America, Europe, and Oceania.
The delivery fee will be sent to the client via email, and shall be directly payable to Patrio via bank transfer / PayPal. No proof of delivery fee payment, no delivery.

13. I have special concerns with my feet (e.g. flat / wide / plus size). How can I be sure that I get the perfect fit for my shoes?
Over the years, we have catered to men who have flat / wide / plus sized feet. Many order repeatedly due to the comfort they experience in wearing Patrio shoes from day one. Please message us via Facebook / Instagram - @patrioshoemaker so we can guide you in terms of sizing.
MATERIALS & DESIGNS
14. What kind of leather do you use?
We use full grain cow leather for all uppers, and pigskin for lining and insole.
15. I want to have other designs (e.g. Chelsea / Chukka boots) made. How can I order?
Please message us via Facebook / Instagram - @patrioshoemaker so we can send our catalog and ordering instructions. We also cater to custom designs for an additional fee.
16. I want other kinds of leather (e.g. Italian calf) to be used for my shoes. How can I order?
Please message us via Facebook / Instagram - @patrioshoemaker for this. Note that there is an additional fee for other kinds of leather. A longer lead time may also apply due to sourcing arrangements for your requested leather.

17. What are your payment options?
You may pay via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallet (GCash, Maya, GrabPay), 7-11, and bank transfer (Unionbank).
